Leiter (m/w/d) Regulatory Affairs

Was Dich erwartet:
Du leitest die Abteilung Regulatory Affairs (RA) und damit die größte Abteilung des Verbandes mit beträchtlicher Außenwirkung gegenüber Mitgliedsunternehmen und den politischen Institutionen in Berlin und Brüssel. Du planst und steuerst unsere Service-Angebote sowie die regulatorischen Arbeitsgruppen unseres Verbandes. Auf dem politischen Parkett bist Du die Stimme unserer regulatorischen Positionen. Dafür erarbeitest Du die wesentlichen Fragestellungen und setzt Dich früh im politischen Prozess für die Belange unserer Mitglieder ein. Für die Umsetzung von Verordnungen und Richtlinien entwickelst Du im Team Praxishilfen, die sich an den Bedürfnissen unserer Mitglieder orientieren. Es erwarten Dich vielseitige RA-Themen mit großem Gestaltungsspielraum sowie ein hochmotiviertes Team.
- Fachlich-inhaltliche Verantwortung für die wichtigste Kernkompetenz des Verbandes.
- Inhaltlich-organisatorische Führung der RA-Themen und des Teams
- Strategische Jahresplanung der Kernkompetenz Regulatory Affairs
- Fachliche Beurteilung von Rechtssetzungsverfahren auf deutscher und europäischer Ebene, Prüfung von Gesetzes- und Verordnungstexten auf regulatorische Hürden für die Industrie
- Entwicklung von Stellungnahmen zu regulatorischen Fragen in enger Kooperation mit den Mitgliedsunternehmen sowie anschließender Diskussion mit den politischen Entscheidern
- Verantwortung der RA-Gremienarbeit (Planung, Vorbereitung, Moderation, Nachbereitung)
- Vertretung in externen Gremien
- Beantwortung von wichtigen Mitgliederanfragen
- Kooperation mit anderen einschlägigen Verbänden aus Hightech-Branchen, auch in Brüssel
- Vorbereitung von Pressemitteilungen, Newsletterbeiträgen, Beiträgen für unser Mitgliederportal mySPECTARIS und Namensartikel
- Finanzreport an die Geschäftsführung
- Leitung eines 5köpfigen RA-Teams

- Du hast großen Spaß am Themenkomplex Regulatory Affairs und kannst unsere Mitgliedsunternehmen und unsere Partner auf politischer Ebene gleichermaßen für unsere Leistungen begeistern.
- Du hast einschlägige Erfahrung mit wesentlichen regulatorischen Fragen und den dazugehörigen politischen Prozessen. Das Medizinprodukterecht ist zentral. Abgesehen davon bringst Du Erfahrung oder Interesse an Bereichen Stoffregulierung, Kreislaufwirtschaft, Nachhaltigkeit, Internationaler Marktzugang.
- Neuere Themen wie Cyber-Sicherheit, die KI-Verordnung oder der European Health Data Space sind für Dich schon bekannt oder zumindest hochspannend.
- Die nationale, europäische und internationale Normung zählen für Dich zur Regulatory Affairs selbstverständlich dazu.
- Du hast idealerweise ein Hochschulstudium im rechtlichen, volks- oder betriebswirtschaftlichen Bereich absolviert. Damit verbunden ist eine Affinität für naturwissenschaftlich-technische Zusammenhänge, ggfs. gar ein entsprechendes Studium, sofern die Kompetenz zur Beurteilung von Rechtstexten vorhanden ist.
- Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Regulatory Affairs, entweder in Unternehmen oder in Verbänden
- Dienstreisen ins Ausland, v.a. nach Brüssel trittst Du gerne an.
- Du bringst ein ausgeprägtes Interesse an den SPECTARIS-Industrien und Technologien mit.
- Du sprichst sehr gutes Englisch und kannst daher RA-Themen problemlos diskutieren.
- Du zeigst Empathie, Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und bist ein guter Teamplayer.
