Terms and Conditions for Events

1. Registration

Generally, registration for an event is done using the online registration form listed on our website (for example, Eveeno). After registering via this form, you will receive a confirmation email. If you registered by another method (e.g., by email or phone), please wait for a confirmation email. Only then is your registration complete and binding for both parties.

2. Event Costs

For events that require a fee, all prices listed are exclusive of the statutory value-added tax in effect at the time of the event. If meals are provided during the day as part of the event, they are included in the participation fee. Meals at evening events are generally at the participant’s own expense.

3. Withdrawal from Participation

If you need to cancel your registration, we will charge a fee equal to 50% of the event price for cancellations made up to one week before the event begins. After that, as well as in the case of a no-show or early departure, we will charge the full amount. If you name a replacement participant, you will not incur any additional costs.

4. Cancellation of the event

If we are required to cancel an event due to insufficient attendance or for unforeseeable reasons, we will, of course, refund any event fees already paid. Any further claims are excluded. No side agreements have been made. As a rule, events are canceled no later than 14 days before the event date.

5. Event Schedule and Speakers

The times listed in the event program are approximate and may be subject to change for organizational reasons, as may the order of topics or specific content. In exceptional cases, SPECTARIS also reserves the right to make last-minute changes to the selection of speakers. Under no circumstances shall any claim of any kind be made against the organizer.

6. Processing of Registration Data

Your data will be stored and processed electronically for the purpose of processing your registration. By registering, you agree that your name and your company/institution may appear on a list of participants that will be made available to all participants, speakers, and, where applicable, cooperation partners. If you do not wish this, please send a written notice to info@spectaris.de, or preferably to the appropriate contact person at the SPECTARIS office.

By registering for SPECTARIS GmbH events, you agree to receive invitations to future SPECTARIS GmbH events.

7. Taking Pictures

Photographs may be taken during the event for SPECTARIS's public relations purposes. By registering, you agree to the publication of these photographs.

8. Online Events

By registering, you agree that the online event may be recorded and made available to participants, for example. Information regarding the purpose of the recording will be provided at the beginning of the event.

9. Requirement for Written Form

Any amendments or additions to this contract must be made in writing. This also applies to any amendment to the written form requirement.

10. Severability Clause

Should any provision of this contract be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be deemed replaced by a valid provision that corresponds to the intent of the contracting parties.

10. Jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction is Berlin.
