tec5 – Smart in the Process

Since 1993, the tec5 Group has been developing and manufacturing industrial-grade spectrometer systems and components for process analytics. The spectrometers and photometers designed for this purpose are used in a wide range of applications, particularly for incoming goods inspections, process control and monitoring, and final product inspections. Depending on the requirements, they can be used online, inline, at-line, or on a mobile basis.

The measurement functions of our systems are based on established analytical methods in UV/VIS, NIR, and Raman spectroscopy. We also offer process-compatible LIBS systems for elemental analysis.

Of particular note are our system variants featuring integrated chemometric data analysis implemented at the hardware level. They enable the implementation of modern, real-time-capable smart sensor concepts that do not require PC-based software.

tec5 has a broad technological foundation and sets the standard for the flexible and rapid adaptation of devices to the specific requirements of a wide variety of processes.
