Precision Pumps—Smart Solutions. HNP Mikrosysteme develops, manufactures, and distributes pumps worldwide that dispense small and very small volumes of liquid with extreme precision.

In addition to numerous applications in traditional mechanical and plant engineering, as well as in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, mzr® pumps handle demanding dosing tasks in medical and analytical technology—for example, in sample preparation for the detection of pathogens or the determination of blood parameters. Micro-tooth ring pumps from HNPM are ideally suited for use in laboratory and analytical equipment.

In addition to designing and manufacturing custom dosing systems, the company also develops OEM pumps. Five series of micro-toothed-ring pumps enable extremely small dosing volumes starting at 0.25 µl, flow rates ranging from 1 µl/h to 1152 ml/min, and pressures from 0 to a maximum of 150 bar.

The pumps are characterized by their light weight and compact design, as well as low pulsation, long service life, low dead volume, and low-shear flow. Due to the high chemical resistance of the materials used, the pumps can be chemically sterilized.
