Manufacturing-Oriented Design with EMC Expertise
Years of experience in EMC-compliant design (electromagnetic compatibility) and working with optical assemblies ensure perfect results. The basis for manufacturing costs is largely determined during the design phase. Thanks to the close collaboration between our developers, manufacturing, and assembly teams, our customers benefit from manufacturing-oriented and cost-effective solutions. Using computer-aided numerical calculation methods (finite element method) and state-of-the-art 3D CAD development tools, our design engineers consistently achieve optimal results. Prototypes can be produced immediately in-house using our custom manufacturing capabilities. A rapid prototyping system is also available for design and functional prototypes or very small production runs.

System Assembly – High-Speed Production on a Large Scale
In a facility covering approximately 3,500 m², we assemble precision engineering, optical, and electronic modules and components—in ESD-protected areas or cleanrooms, as needed. With short lead times and low work-in-progress (WIP) inventory, we adapt flexibly to the customer’s desired production cadence.
