Company Profile GREINER was founded in 1922, marking the beginning of a family business that has now been passed down to the third generation. It has grown steadily over the years without losing sight of its traditions. In its first generation, GREINER specialized in the manufacture of metal parts for barber chairs and metal frames for the furniture industry. Since the 1960s, GREINER has been manufacturing its own barber chairs with hydraulic pump columns. In the late 1970s, the product portfolio of this long-established company was expanded to include medical chairs and treatment tables. The “traffic” production division, specializing in vehicle seats, was added in the late 1980s. Since 2000, the barber chair lineup has been rounded out with the production of shampoo stations. The newest addition to the GREINER chair family is a spa chair for manicures and pedicures, which has been in production since 2013. All that remains to be said is: “Quality and technology that impress.” Today, GREINER supplies its customers worldwide with high-quality seating furniture.

“Made by GREINER” means “Made in Germany.” Every day, across approximately 16,000 m², the company proves that this is precisely the formula for success of this family-owned business with nearly a century of tradition. The products are characterized by outstanding seating comfort, high quality in functionality and technology, combined with timeless design. Development and production take place at the Pleidelsheim site near Stuttgart. This makes GREINER a flexible partner—custom manufacturing in the customer’s desired color scheme with short delivery times is just as much a given as excellent all-around service.
