The company primarily serves the SPECTARIS-related sectors of industrial optics, photonics, measurement technology, medical technology, sensor technology, industrial image processing, as well as defense and security applications.

The company’s manufacturing focus is on the development and mass production of custom optomechanical assemblies, lens systems, beam-guiding components, fiber-optic assemblies, and integrated OEM system solutions. Thanks to its high level of vertical integration—from optical design through mechanical design, precision engineering, assembly, and alignment to certified series production—FOS Inon guarantees maximum process reliability, reproducible quality, and a short time-to-market for industrial and medical technology applications.

One of our core areas is fiber optics: complex fiber-optic systems, single- and multimode solutions, and custom fiber-optic couplers and assemblies for laser, sensor, and image processing systems. FOS Inon is strongly committed to research and development.
