Twelve experienced medical device consultants—both in the office and in the field—are here to assist you with solution-oriented support. Eleven highly trained technicians provide excellent support, including remote maintenance for your computer. In addition to its headquarters in Lübeck, b o n operates a high-performance branch in Thuringia, ensuring fast, nationwide service. At b o n, our service also includes installation, training, and first-class after-sales support in case questions arise later during operation.

b o n is certified as a manufacturer of medical devices in accordance with DIN EN ISO 13485.
