The industry association SPECTARIS represents the innovative sectors of consumer optics, photonics, medical technology, and analytical, biotechnology, and laboratory technology. On September 16, 2026, we cordially invite you to Berlin—start with our members’ meeting and then immerse yourself in the Future Festival: our annual highlight featuring inspiring presentations and special encounters in an extraordinary location! And a two-time Olympic champion will show us small and medium-sized business owners how to succeed in a cutthroat competitive environment.
PROGRAM
The theme “Transformation & Paths to Growth” focuses on key changes in business models, technologies, and corporate processes. The event combines valuable insights with a wide range of opportunities for personal exchange and networking.
In keeping with the theme, transformation will also be on full display at the venue: At the former Stadtbad in Prenzlauer Berg, the impressive pool hall of the Hotel Oderberger will be transformed into an enchanting event space for the day.

MEDICAL TECHNOLOGY / PHOTONICS INDUSTRY DAYS
The following day, September 17, 2026, the Medical Technology and Photonics Trade Associations will host their industry days. Both events will take place near Berlin’s main train station, so you can easily make your way back home. Registration is handled separately. Both events are primarily aimed at SPECTARIS member companies. The Medical Technology Industry Day will also be open to external guests starting at 10:30 a.m.
