Weitere Systeme im Bereich Röntgenfluoreszenz und Partikelcharakterisierung sowie Elementanalytik sind N-O-H, C-S und Schwefel in Öl Analysatoren.

Ein weiterer Bereich ist die spektroskopische Ellipsometrie u.a. zur Schichtdickenbestimmung. Nicht nur die Schichtdicke, sondern auch die elementare Zusammensetzung lässt sich mit einem Glimmentladungsspektrometer (GD-OES) bestimmen.

Viele Geräte können nicht nur für makroskopische Analysen, sondern auch für die Mikro-und Nano- Welt eingesetzt werden - oftmals zerstörungsfrei, ein erheblicher Pluspunkt gegenüber anderen Analysenmethoden.

Unser Fokus liegt auf den Anwendungsbereichen Advanced Materials, Energiespeicherung, Polymer / Mikroplastik , Chemie, Halbleiter sowie Bio-Life-Science.

HORIBA Scientific is a world leader in the design and manufacture of analytical instruments in the fields of 'Material Science' and 'Life Science' for research and development, laboratory analytics and quality control. Our instrumental analysis can be found from 1,000 km above ground, e.g. in the Hubble Space Telescope to 1000 m underground in mining or marine research, and in between in over 10,000 laboratories.

We offer systems for Molecular Spectroscopy, including both Steady-State and Time-Resolved Fluorescence, Raman Microscopy, and Optical Components, i.e. Monochromators and Detectors, which are also available for OEM use.

Other systems in the field of X-ray Fluorescence and Particle Characterization as well as Elemental Analysis are N-O-H, C-S and Sulfur in Oil Analyzers.

Another area is Spectroscopic Ellipsometry, e.g. for the determination of layer thickness. Not only the layer thickness, but also the elemental composition can be determined with a Glow Discharge Spectrometer (GD-OES).

Many devices can be used not only for Macroscopic Analyses, but also for the Micro and Nano World - often non-destructive, a considerable advantage over other analytical methods.
